    Lowe’s and their tricky and deceptive ads….aside from a lot of the inexperienced and rude cashiers, this is now becoming my second choice because of the experiences that I keep having here. The associate basically told me to go find the product from the inventory and come to let him know if they had it or not. Not really sure if they wanted me to get the forklift or ladder to get it. Much of the equipment on my last few visits has been left laying around in the store or blocking aisles for customers to shop. I’ve been driving extra miles to get better service at different locations.

    I want to take the time to thank one of the best people I know at this store Misch. I believe the spelling is correct. He is a manager at this store and goes above and beyond everyday to ensure that all the customers that come here are happy and satisfied. He has always been there to help myself and my family without hesitation.. I urge you customers to remember that all the workers here are fantastic human beings, and to please remember to treat them as such. I have never had the pleasure of having such a great staff beginning from the floor and continuing straight to their managers. Misch and all the team at Lowes in Fort MIll, thank you for making this store as great as it is. You are not under appreciated and unnoticed by myself or my family

    I was searching for patch and repair items for wood. Paola in your paint department was awesome with product knowledge and help. I did try to fill out your survey however it was a very difficult process. Paola is the best .

    I just got home from Lowe's in Fort Mill and my patience is pretty much at an end. We have a project management company and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this facility. I'm there all the time. Today, among other things, I needed some help in the concrete department. I have to re-parge the foundation of one of our rental properties and needed to get the proper concrete mix. There was no Sakrete Parging Mix or Sakrete Concrete Adhesive available, so I wanted some advice as to what I could use instead. I asked the young woman at the Pro Desk if she would kindly ask someone to come assist me. She didn't answer me, but got on the phone and asked for assistance. After 15-20 minutes I asked again. She didn't respond -- again. After 5 more minutes I asked her when the help was coming. Without looking at me she said, "I have no idea," and simply walked away. What the hell? I then went to the Return Desk and asked for help. The woman there at least tried. She walked down to the department and found the employee responsible for home improvements. I was grateful. But this home improvement expert had no idea what I was talking about. He handed me a tube of concrete caulk and asked if it would do. Really? Isn't it your job to have competent people to assist people like myself? This was ridiculous, but it's common place at your facility now -- and that is unacceptable. I spent $1300.00 just today on supplies I needed. We've bought supplies and appliances -- you name it -- at your Lowe's. But no more. The proximity does not outway the incredible frustration and ignorance.
