Access was easy. Things began to change tho. After the first 3 months, the rates increased $17. I wasn’t happy, but that’s what storage facilities do. Six months later, the rates increased $80!!! So…in 9 months the rates went up 75%. I called to complain. And the rep said he would call the area manager and “take care of me” and would call be on Monday. That was over 1 week ago. I scheduled my move-out. Such a hassle but I refuse to be taken advantage of that way. Be prepared if you rent from them, your rates WILL go up, quickly.
