Sometimes, I have an okay experience then other times, employees act as if I am inconvenienceing them by asking a location of an item. They have lack or prices everywhere, especially wood items so I use my phone to find it. The only time I get any notice is when I am checking out and the girl is using her computer to make sure I paid for everything.

I called with a simple question about toilets they tried to transfer me to the plumbing department was on hold for 45 minutes nobody answered the phone just to be told at 3:56 p.m. that maybe they were at lunch just poor service

I Scott Hanna worked there for 25 years. 25 years! and was wrongfully terminated for something I did not do! I think customers should pull out all of their accounts and go to other places, where they can receive the services they need. People need not apply to work for Lowe's because of their corruption & unjust ways. Go on, take whatever you want. They won't stop you, because they can't touch you.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
