    My neighbor who is elderly had a refrigerator delivered to her yesterday. It stands in her garage. The delivery men told her she had to move her furniture so they could bring it in through the front door. When they walked into the kitchen he said he could not remove or disconnect the old refrigerator. Insurance would not cover doing so. So here she stands with her old refrigerator cleaned with water and electricity still hooked up and the new refrigerator sitting in her garage. No one at Loews told her that she was responsible in disconnecting the water line and the old frig removed. She had no contract signed with Loews and has a bill of sale for over $2000.00. If you want quality service don’t buy at Loews!!!! If you think this is quality service Loews is your place to shop!!!!!

    Went to get lumber. The lady who was working the register was wonderful. Older lady. It was obvious that it was difficult for her to be standing on the concrete floor. She was as pleasant as could be. Had to tel her how much I admired her for being able to do what she was doing. She should give lessons to some of these able-bodied kids who act like it's going to kill them to even move.

    A few weeks ago, I needed assistance and asked an associate wearing a blue vest for help. They told me they weren’t allowed to help but would get someone who could. We waited for them to finish with their current customer and then continued waiting—about 15 minutes total. When no one came, I asked another associate for help. This associate explained they worked in the pickup area and couldn’t assist us, but said they would call someone who could. No one ever showed up. At that point, I had to ask yet another associate, who was finally able to help us. I’ve always gone out of my way to shop at Lowe’s because the staff used to be personable and helpful, even though Home Depot is much closer to me. After this experience, it honestly feels like you might be better off going there instead. I understand associates have specific roles, but the lack of follow-through and long wait times were very disappointing.

    Do not use Lowes. Use Home Depot or ace. Tried to get replacement for a broken toilet seat with auth number from manufacturer. Husband asked multiple times for a manager and one never showed. Would have given lower rating but wasn't able to
