I just ordered a stove over the weekend and received it today. Thank you so much for the delivery service. The SY Elite Logistics Co. gave awesome delivery service. They kept me well informed of their ETA and made it very convenient for me when they arrived. They took my stove out of the box and even brought it straight to my kitchen for me. All my husband had to do was plug it up. I am truly satisfied with my delivery. Thanks again!!!

Yea.....Andre in plumbing is one of the most condisending people I have met......I ordered a 3 piece straight to stud shower kit but someone drilled a hole into one of the side pieces. So I originally called the Freedom Blvd store. Super friendly and helpful, they offered to swap it out if I brought the one with the hole. At the time I was unaware there was 2 lowers in Florence. I ended up going to this one, where I ordered the kit from originally. I brought the piece in and begain to tell them of my story. They called Andre or "Dre" from plumbing over. You could tell right off the bat he was pissed off with me for some reason. Anyways, I showed Andre the piece with the hole and kept trying to tell me that if he pulls out another one, it will be the same piece. I kept trying to explain they it wasn't suppose to come like this. He finally reluctantly walked me to a new set. As we were opening it, he asked me, "So what if its the same as the one you have?" I said, IDK. He repeated the question wanting me to give him an answer, so I finally said, "I guess I am a moron on then." He opened the new kit and it did not have a hold in it, as I suspected. I said, "This one doesn't have a hole in it." He shrugged. I looked at him and asked if I could take it, he said no. I asked why, he said I needed all the pieces. I finally had enough and walked out and went to the one on Freedom which is where I should have started because they had the piece there waiting for me with my name on it. Andre needs to have a conversation with someone. Idk if he was having a bad day or what, but making me feel like I did something wrong, when they gave me a faulty product.....

This store is an excellent example of the importance of staffing and management. I prefer Lowes products, but in this town, home depot consistently has better processes, kinder employees, and superior customer care. Hands down.
This is not a hasty review after a bad experience, just the ongoing observation of 15 years of being a home owner who, being equidistant from both, has frequented them often.
Lost orders, unapologetic and apathetic staff, inaccurate stock information both online and in person. Just do better.
