Could never talk to the person that could help me. Bought a dishwasher from your store 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Never came. They called that they would reschedule. Still haven’t heard anything today!!!?ready to go over and pick it up and get some money back!!!

Mixed reviews. The lady that helped with my pickup order was great. The guy in the garden center not so much. I wanted to buy some pea gravel in bags. I asked for a pallet in hopes the would load with fork truck. The said no pallets in the area and directed me to cart to load by self.

obviously the reviews here aren’t great but asked an employee to price match something and she basically was too lazy and busy on her phone to want to do it so i just ordered it on my phone at the front of the store instead. can’t blame her personally cause she is paid hourly and could care less if the store makes the sale but still just very lazy.

Went to purchase blinds and get them cut, but could not find anyone to assist me. I asked for assistance five times, three times from workers in other parts of the store and twice from the customer service desk. Three times, I was promised someone would be right with me. No one ever showed up! I’m afraid this reveals a lack of character & competence.
