It is the bad customer service you are offering your customers so they go online where its less hassle etc. I called this location bc i live 35min away so wanted to see if they had a product before I drove all the way there. The lady over party supplies was totally rude. Luckily the female manager that answered was nice. I always try and shop at actual locations vs online but they have been out of products I have been getting from them regularly for 4 weeks now so guess ill be forced to get them from Amazon.
