Our installation was done by Cory and he trutdid an amazing job. He was always checking to make sure we were happy and making sure to look for any gaps or areas that might be letting light peak through around the window casings. He made sure to go through with caulk and seal those areas up. He removed all of our old blinds and took those with him, cleaned up behind himself, and was respectful of our home and time. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is the amount of time we had to wait for our blinds to come in from the manufacturer. This is by no means a reflection on the independent business owner. To me, this sits squarely in the lap of the manufacturer and budget blinds as a conglomerate company. We ordered August 7, 2025 and we were told 5-6 weeks from ordering to installation but on October 7, 2025, after waiting 2 months and paying a large amount up front and receiving no updates we had to inquire about our order. This is when we were informed they were running 4 to 6 weeks late. Finally on October 14, 2025 our shutters were installed. The independent business owner made it a point to prioritize our installation. I do give a solid recommendation for this company and they’re amazing installation team.
