It’s a locked facility with 24 hour access and has electricity in the storage areas which is exceptional because you don’t find money places with electricity in the building
- CDCassie DoveApr 16, 20261.0We’re to even start with this place I purchased a dishwasher and along with that the install the person who helped me buy it in store was rude told me one thing bout the install only to get a run around for two weeks they never could pin point when they were going to contact the third party in order to install it. Spent over 600 bucks to get a run around is ridiculous spoke with a manger in person and on the phone multiple times to the point I finally just canceled the order set and got refund if looking for an appliance is advice to else were what a nightmare
- CHCal HawthorneApr 9, 20261.0The plumbing department is a joke. I spent over an hour in the store looking through boxes that had the wrong fittings in them. When i would find a box that had the correct label for what i need, it would then be filled with the wrong fittings. Everything was mismatched. The pipe was not cut from the bundles so it makes it seem like you can only buy it in a bundle. Whoever the plumbing manager is needs to be fired and that whole section needs to be reset. Also the app needs to be updated for the location of some items.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
