Ms Brandy had a beautiful personality. We talked and laughed about the weather. Ms Brandy proceeded to ask what could she help me with. I explained to Ms Brandy my sister situation. She pulled up several options with costs and explained in detail each package etc. She showed me a 10×10 unit that was perfect for my sister. She went over insurance,, adm fee, senior discount etc. Very thoroughly.and explained to me what my nephew would need to do on line. Ms Brandy also let me see unit again so I can take a picture. She went above and beyond!! I would refer everyone to Extra Space Storage. I have a storage at another site and Ms Mary is Awesome over there.
