Doug answered my questions & showed me a few options - then gave me space to look around. I ended up finding several items I liked and Doug gave me a great deal.

I usually hate going furniture shopping because of some of the sales people, but it’s so casual at East Main. They are there to help and assist but are not pushy as we shop. The customer service is top notch! I will never shop at the “big” furniture stores again. Hands down, every time with East Main has been a wonderful experience!
