  The owner is very unprofessional and hard to deal with on several occasions, unless you're buddy buddy with him. Would not go back or recommend him to anyone.

  So I’m sure they’d be able to fix my zero turn but unfortunately I couldn’t get a price range out of them after driving to the store bc they don’t answer the phone (and just give them a call and listen to the voicemail…apparently they are far to busy to take “status update” calls…give em a call and see for yourself. But after listening to them hem and haw about why they can’t give me a range for the cost to replace my hydro gear, they push to have me bring it in (of course, bc then I’d be more likely to just take what they give me instead of going through the trouble of hauling it away). You’d think that an operation too busy to take customer update phone calls would know what they normally charge to replace a hydro gear trans. Again, I’m sure they do quality work but the owner seems a little too arrogant for my taste and they said they couldn’t get to my mower for 2 weeks (admittedly, a good sign for the right customer). So I have to go with a smaller outfit that know their numbers and are transparent and trustworthy (important qualities for me). Not posting bc I’m angry…just want to point out this inept art of the business for their’s and your sake.
