    I thought bricks to be delivered but they never were delivered so I picked them up myself. I received a customer satisfaction credit for the trouble. I really appreciate it.

    In the last two weeks I’ve spent 518 dollars at this store. For nothing but head aches. First which I’m still waiting on is 60 bags of mulch. The delivery dates been changed three times. Second last weekend I lost 25 dollars in military discounts because the lady rang it up wrong. Couldn’t fix it without me going to the front of the store. I was in the garden section on crutches because I’ve had half my foot amputated three weeks ago. If this is the way you treat your military members I’m through for life.

    This was the worst experience ever I paid $500 for cable for my mobile home for moving in a pre-cut cable I didn't even cut it I was going to go ahead and use the one they had to see if it was long enough he said I could bring it back if it wasn't long enough. Barely got out the door until I found out from the landlord that it was the wrong size cable they said I could not get a refund even though I just checked out they wanted me to pay for the cable I didn't need argued for 45 minutes. They were going to call the law because I raise my voice because they were forcing me to pay for $500 for something I didn't need even though I just walked past the register the guy on the phone told me it was the wrong size they didn't want to take it back what a horrible experience for a politically correct Lowe's

    I bought a new washer realized it was not washing properly. Lowe's would not help me because I did not pay with a Lowe's charge card. I have to get someone else to fix it. I feel that I was taking advantage of. When I talk to the manager he blamed me for ordering online and said I would have had better service if I would have been at the store but I'm legally blind so I shop online. Why do you offer online shopping if you're going to make someone feel bad about it

    I ordered online around 1pm for mulch and the Lowe's site advertised there was plenty in stock. Just before 2pm I received a notice that my items were ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store just before 3:30 I was informed that the item was sold out. Explanation was they were busy all day and the mulch sold out. If they say the item is ready for pick up then shouldn't it be removed from stock and held until the customer arrives. It was ordered and paid for before I arrived. I proceeded to cancel the order. Lowe's exhibited poor business practices. So disappointing!
