    I purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, pedestals, and the extended warranty on 10/24/2025 (> $6,000) from this store. I scheduled the delivery for 11/21. Lowes originally said delivery would be 8A-8P, so I took the day off from work. And they called the night before to give me a 4-hour window. Fine. I sat at home several hours before and after the 4-hour window and they never showed up. No phone call, no text, no email. I called at 8A on 11/22 thinking they would apologize and come first thing in the morning. They apologized, they told me the items were in but “weren’t loaded on the truck” for some unknown reason and I would have to reschedule the delivery for another day. And this means another 8A-8P window on another day. This cannot be acceptable to anyone. Lowes made the mistake, I would have been marginally OK if they came the first thing in the morning on 11/22, but that did not happen. This is an absolute unacceptable way of treating any customer and I highly suggest Lowe’s revisit their customer service policies. I spend thousands of dollars at Lowe’s every year, and that is going to stop as of right now. I am heading right over to Home Depot, especially for larger more expensive items. I realize $6K might not be a lot of money to a large corporation like Lowe’s, but it is a lot of money for me.

    Lowe's in Conway is a great alternative to traveling all the way south to buy similar items at Home Depot especially if you live in north Conway. Great inventory at great prices ! Service is always top notch.

    Very rude customer service. I had two questions to ask about their inventory- she answered the first question and hung up on me in a rush to get off the phone. Not going back

    I frequent this store a good bit. First the associates I encountered are great, seemed to really care and want to help, now the BAD. I was encountered walking through the store by a gentleman asking about my Gutters, while I was on the floor trying to find the hardware burred on the bottom shelf. He was not at a designated spot, but wandering through the store. This type of Hawking is like the Fair, or being in a foreign land, its borderline harassing the customer. I DO NOT LIKE, and feel others feel the same! LOWES stop this.
