    If I can give a half a star i would i have had been threw the worst experience with Lowes delivery service and costumer service ever it started in April 21st 2026 I ordered some lumber and other material to get delivered to my house. Having some contract people at my house getting started on a back patio I wanted done and taking the siding off and having the back ready for instalment when the material got there mind you Lowes scheduled the delivery window for 8am to 8pm so i am paying these guys to be there all day until I told them ""just go home will try again tomorrow". I called in to the costumer service line and all the lady told me is that the delivery will be set for may 5th 2026 I mentioned to her why would my email and app state that delivery would be on the 21st if I follow the app of course i would be expecting a delivery that day when i mentioned that my house was already half way apart waiting for the material all she said "well I cant do nothing the delivery is set for may 5th. After arguing for a while she mentioned that delivery can be set for the 23rd of April I said ok how did it change so drastically I have no clue but i agreed. April 23rd comes around nothing I called back they scheduled for the 24th that day comes around nothing I call again they change it for the 28th. The 28th comes around and my neighbor mentioned there was a delivery when he send me the picture It was the complete wrong order I got some garden bricks and with some name completely different. when I called them they stated that the driver made a mistake and drove back later that day to swap orders. after I reviewed the order that came to see that it was incomplete I was missing items. I called and they said the order will be delivered on the 30th I got nothing all they said is that the 2 items were on back order now at this point I'm even in contact with the store directly I called on the 1st of may the only good interaction I had form this whole thing was with this gentleman. I asked him what I was missing and he put me on hold for 10 min and came back and stated these items been here and told me not to worry he would have the driver come back and pick this up and get it delivered as soon as possible. Now earlier with this whole situation they gave me a case number to get some type of compensation I'm feeling relieved at this point because at least they are addressing the issue to make it right. well I called today only to hear that I'm getting a whole 50$ given back to me this is like a jajaja here shut and spit in my face after everything I went through mind you I love shopping at Lowes and its my favorite hardware store I even mentioned to them put it on my credit card I don't care for it. It wasn't about handing me money it was more about them not caring at all for everything they put me through horrible. And I understand that things may be held back and delivery can change but in my case the communication was horrible and because of that look all it caused and all the money I lost. And some of my panels came scuufed up on delivery just to add to the whole thing.

    No assistance on Saturday loaded 10 bags soil by myself when I was hoping they heard the cashier calling twice for assistance. Can't get they help anymore these days. Possible short staff😮‍💨😮‍💨

    Seemed nice and friendly, but the lady lied about getting my % back on my lowes card, then refused to change to another card so i could get at least 3% back from my cc company (strike one). Then it took over 30 minutes for the loader to find any help because he said everyone kept running off (strike two). Then after getting the product home, it would not function, tried to call the store back twice, was put on hold for a total of about an hour, and was hung up on both times and was told there was no one else to talk to and no store manager on the third try (strike three and four).

    For the most part you're there to help the employees, not the other way around... employees don't acknowledge you unless you track them down to ask them questions... it's why I only stop by Lowe's if it's convenient... it is why I mainly shop at Home Depot where the employees actually act as if the customer's exist

    Unless you are an expert builder , plumber, painter or whatever don’t go to this Lowes. If you have questions or need assistance this is not the place to be. I went to buy a board to replace on my deck and I was in Lowe’s for almost and hour for a board and box of screws. I actually was help but a customer. I asked one one associate a question and he eked me the same question. The only pleasant part of this visit was the nice lady that rang me up. I think her name was Mak. She gets a 5 star the rest of the visit 1 star
