    Pam Gilbert went the extra mile to help me once the garden checkout had closed. I couldn’t lift some of the items from my cart and she cheerfully helped with checkout, but also lifted everything into my car. Plus a delightful personality. Made my day!

    Big SHOUT OUT to Ms. Latresse Richardson and Ms. Beverly in the Lawn dept. They were so helpful with finding the right flowers to plant at my Apartmet community. They had the best attituds and make sure I was Happy with my purchases. Thnak you Ladies!

    Worst visit ever. Items I wanted not in stock or not what I needed. Basic items, work gloves, sandpaper for electric hand sander, and other paint supplies. Garden section staff didn't take the time to listen to my question which sent me looking for pine straw in the garden area when it was in a tractor trailer in the parking lot, which was my original question: Is the pine straw in the trailer?

    I personally hand delivered a request on March 27, 2026. Called a week later the store manager was nasty and couldn't provide any clear details for my request. As normal everything was lost. I personally placed in Kimberly hand at that time she had me to write a detailed deli form as to who, what, why and how. The old store manager needs to come back. Called the store 3 days in a row and either they are hanging up or across as if I didn't hand deliver it to them.

    I can’t even express how awful the customer service is at this location. Every time I’ve done an online order there has been nothing but confusion delay and an abundance of lazy employees that don’t want to help you in any way. It took me 1.5 hours my first pickup last week to be in and out of the store. A few days ago, I placed an order at 745 am and had to drive to the store at 115pm to ask where it’s at. And THATS when they started putting it together. It was so obvious someone didn’t feel like having to load a bunch of stone onto a pallet, so they just ignored my order hoping someone else would take care of the job. Or if you need something, they’ll just direct you to a different location of the store to another group of employees who also don’t want to assist or have any knowledge of their job. At checkout I asked for a box and they sent me to lawn and garden on the end of the store to hunt for one. Isn’t that literally your job tho???The checkout associate didn’t even try to help. Thanks Pam in Garden for helping me out with something that wasn’t really even your responsibility or problem. My blood pressure literally raises to 170/110 any time I have to drop by this place. If you prefer the bare minimum I highly suggest checking these guys out!
