- JDJonathan DonleyApr 23, 20261.0I placed an order with items in stock and paid for delivery because the delivery date was quoted upon checkout and I received a confirmation email validating items and delivery. I arranged to be off work and arranged labor to install. The day before the quoted delivery they transferred the order to another store who then pushed delivery out 2 an additional weeks. Trying to call the store results in an AI operator who can't help, followed by being transferred to multiple wrong associates and disconnects during the process requiring to start over.

I waited in electronics but zero help in site. 15 min went by and headed out the door. As i was heading out a cashier asked if i need help. But headed to a competitor and was helped immediately. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
