- MJMichael JohnsonApr 13, 20261.0I ordered a Pixel pool cleaner online and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. The next day I was in the store and they refused to sell it to me, even though it was in stock, because they didnt have an order in their system. I provided my order number and confirmation, but was still advised to return home and wait. The next day I called to ask about my order and waz greeted woth "I told you its not in my system and therez nothing I can do." I asked for a manger 5 times and was told "they will just tell you the same thing" in response each time. Horrible customer service. If I could give negative stats I would.
