Escorted me to the unit for viewing, answered all my questions and thanked me once application was complete. I would highly recommend this facility location and Sylvester was top tier customer service.
- MTMANAGEMENT “FlowRitePLBG” TEAMApr 9, 20261.0"Avoid this location if you value professional management or actually being able to access your equipment. We have been customers since 2021, but the new manager has made it impossible to stay. This individual previously misadvised us at a different location, claiming Rabon Rd had units tall enough for our excavators. They didn't fit. We had to pivot to a parking spot, which worked fine for months until this manager was promoted to this branch. Suddenly, he demanded we house the excavators on trailers—a 'rule' not in our documentation and one that creates a massive theft risk. We decided to close our account and move out. We pay for 24-hour access, so we showed up at midnight with a trailer to move our equipment when traffic was light. The gate blocked us out, stating 'Contact Manager.' We were denied access to our own property despite being paid up for 24-hour use. Total waste of fuel and logistics. Unprofessional, incompetent, and a complete headache for any serious business owner. I have photos of the gate display showing 'No Access' to prove it. Take your business elsewhere." We will be moving out of ALL LOCATIONS IMMEDIATELY!!
