I then call after a few days of not hearing back and the worker explained the item was not on the truck for this weeks load and to call next week to check if it’s there. I proceeded to call back weekly on Wednesday when their truck was supposedly coming to drop off items. Everytime I called Danielle would be the one to answer and she kept telling me the same thing. On the 4th week I called and someone different answered and told me my order was never submitted because supposedly my payment never went through, which I was never notified about. She said the item has been in the store and she will set it aside for me to buy when most convenient. I expected store credit for this great inconvenience since it was prolonged by 4 weeks, but when I went to buy the item they didn’t even apologize. This shows a huge lack of professionalism and I will never be doing a pick up order again due to this unfortunately…
