  Jim at Spring Valley Storage is awesome to work with! I have 2 personal storage units there and have had no problems. The Conference Room available is great for meetings and Jim is so welcoming and accomodating.

  My experience here has been amazing from the start! The manager, Jim, has taken great care of me throughout the process of renting business space at this location. He made sure I had all the details I needed to secure my space. He’s very knowledgeable and well-connected, offering excellent referrals. I have no doubt that our business relationship will continue to be a great one!

  Gentlemen behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was trying to make sure I was in the right location and was basically shooed off like I had no business being there. If you’re going for anything other than a box AVOID GOING INSIDE AT ALL COST!!

  I would recommend this location for its above and beyond services. The manager Jim always makes sure you understand he’s always available to assist. If I could give more than five stars I would.
