Went into Lowe's and after talking to 6 people 2 at the pro service and the rest in the carpet area, a guy named Chris and his gang Refused to cut a 12' x12' piece of carpet for us. They said only one guy could operate the forklift and after being told he would, he refused. Chris then tells us sorry it's not convenient for you to drive 50 miles out of your way to go get carpet at a Lowe's where the employees actually want to work. Won't come back to this Lowe's.
