Was making a purchase over the phone with a cashier. When asked to speak to a manager just to verify, John the "supervisor" in lumber comes to the phone. I greet him kindly and ask what is your position there at Lowes? He responds with, "what is YOUR position?" Excuse me,John? He says, WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Now I want to speak to someone above you. This man hangs up in my face. Today, I have called the location 5 times looking to speak with the GM Walker Haufman. I was told he didn't get in until noon, was in a "meeting" from noon to 4PM when his shift ended! 4 hour shift?!

I went into Lowe's looking for some cement to use for a home project my husband. I needed 3 bags and 1 bag, alone, weighed 50lbs! I was not expecting that, but Cruz came over and lifted all 3 bags for me, was very friendly with my kids during the process, and even loaded them in my trunk. Awesome service and he's quite the comedian, too! Thank you, Cruz!

This has to be the least well run home improvement store I have experienced. It’s close by, so I keep going back, but time and again, the store disappoints. Items are often out of stock or unable to be found, even when the online inventory shows large quantities available. Items are often improperly placed, and difficult to find. I could go on, but ugh! C’mon Lowe’s, I know you can do better than this.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
