    I had an outstanding experience at Lowe’s and wanted to share my appreciation. I stopped in to purchase fence panels and was blown away by the amazing price. The team in the lawn department—Joel, Tyson, Trip, and Sergio—went above and beyond to help me. They assisted with selecting the best panels, even offering a couple at a reduced price due to slight damage, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they helped load everything onto my trailer quickly and carefully. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also brought my dog, Echo, with me, and he absolutely loved the visit. He enjoyed picking out his own toy and even got a snack—a slice of pizza—from Ms. Connie. The attention and “pampered paw” treatment he received throughout the store made the experience even more special. Thank you to everyone who helped and made our visit more than enjoyable. It’s customer service like this that keeps us coming back!

    I purchased an air purifier for a significant amount of money and paid for same day delivery on the 16th. It is now the evening of the 18th and neither the store or corporate can offer ANY sort of a resolution. The driver picked my order up and did not deliver it. The store does not have any more of my item. They refuse to let me pick it up myself from a different store. They refuse to refund. All they could do was send an email. That was the resolution after waiting for the ASM working to come by for over half an hour. That is absolutely ridiculous. I just want my item that I paid for. I should not have to track it down. I should not have to beg to pick it up from a different store. I shouldn’t be told there isn’t anything that can be done.

    I asked for help or assistance in the plumbing isle , it never came , I walked the store to find help.. I asked one employee , who unaware to me was on their phone (ear buds) and signaled as I was asking him something that he was on the phone and just kept walking ..I could tell it was a personal call .. another employee in the power tools dept flat told me it wasnt his department and could not offer to find someone who worked in plumbing because he hated when he was scheduled to work the dept alone .. I searched for 4 items and could not find anything I needed so left empty handed.. this location was on garners ferry rd , columbia SC .. saw many employees just standing around bored and having conversations with each other ..it just wasnt a store I want to go back to
