LOWES on Garners Ferry Rd:
I can have a bad experience with an employee, but still won't leave a bad review.
However, the men's bathroom has broken soap dispensers....not 1, but both soap dispensers are entirely dysfunctional, without an actual soap container installed in them. This has been like this for more than a short period.
I stopped at a neaby office to inform 2 managers and they just blew it off as if I were bothering them.
TO LOWE'S MANAGEMENT: This is totally unacceptable. In a world where 😷 cleanliness is at the forefront, you have chosen to ignore the sanitary conditions of your public restrooms. I expect this to be rectified immediately! Especially by a store that sells any and all necessary equipment needed to fix or repair the smallest of projects. No excuse!

Been going here for years and everytime I come, I am disappointed. Customer service isnt up to par. I am currently waiting at the appliances desk waiting on someone so I can purchase a washer and dryer. Been waiting for 45 mins. I had one girl call over the intercom to get someone but no one came. They suck. Point blank period.
