I would give Lowes zero stars!!! They frauded me out of a dishwasher and forced me to pay for something I did not receive. Lowes was to install the dishwasher and claim it was not available. Lowes claimed I picked up the dishwasher which I did not because Lowes is installing it through their Crume installation. I disputed the claim twice. Either Lowes employees stole the dishwasher or their installer Crume. I requested the video surveillance footage from Lowes, and they would not provide it to me. I filed a Police report as well. Lowes lost me as a customer forever!!!

The customer service desk was extremely rude from the second I walked in to return something. The woman looked at me as if I was an inconvenience and was very rude and cut me off before I could even tell her why I was making my return. It was a simple can of shelf bought valspar paint that was chunky and weird. I just wanted the same thing and to make an exchange. She had no interest in letting me speak. Because of how rude she was I decided to just leave and go to the newberry location who always has amazing customer service. I dont write reviews often but I couldnt believe how rude she was for no reason.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
