    Shoutout to Mr. Patrick at Lowes in Harbison. He came up to us , asked us if we needed help , apparently we looked lost in the plumbing. (And we were). We were replacing our sink sprayer and sink undercarriage. He told us the sprayer we got wouldn't work. So we got a whole new Faucet with Sprayer, and on a good sale. Came home , Husband had it hooked up in 15 mins. Thanks Mr. Patrick. Signed Wife who uses it the most!

    Im not one to review big box stores, but Matt and his supervisor in the Appliance department were great to work with. For the first time in my life, I was able to get a whole set of new appliances. I got a great price and they were helpful showing me what I needed within my budget! I went Sunday (I was the lady that was very excited about her New Whirlpool Refrigerator). Last night my last appliances were delivered and installed by 2 great guys and just in time for Thanksgiving!! Thank you for making me feel like I mattered. Good luck Matt!!

    Ordered windows for our entire house. They started installing the windows on June 5 and now going on six months later they are still not finished. One issue and delay after another and almost all the windows in our home left in some shape of incomplete installation for the entire summer. Nails, sharp pieces of metal, screws, etc all around our yard and pool. Do yourself a favor and do not buy your windows here. Update: it’s now December 12 and we are missing a large bay window above our front door because they’ve broken the window twice and it’s now boarded up. I’ve been run in circles by every corner of Lowe’s since June 5. See attached photos on the sloppy work that has been completed. Buyer be warned. Update: talked to assistant manager Larry on December 12, was promised a call back on December 16 by the store manager, Arlene. It’s now December 23rd and I haven’t heard from either of them. Update: it’s now Jan 6, 2026. Still No call back from the stores management. Called the 800 number above and was transferred to the same installation services department where I asked to speak to a manager. Instead I got another rep claiming to be a manager(was not based on the signature in her email) said I would get a call back yesterday and I still haven’t received that call. Every time I call I get more run around and more lies and everyone telling me “oh they’ll take care of it”…….This and Lowe’s seem to have no interest in resolving the problems they’ve caused and finishing our window installation. Buyer be warned.
