This store refused to take a return of 3 plungers (~$40) after only 4 days since purchase. Hubby bought 3 plungers for our house not knowing I had already purchased 3 myself. The woman insisted it was a biohazard when the items were still clearly in unopened packaging. I tried to show her the Lowe’s policy on the website said not returnable IF they were used, and she still insisted they could not accept them. But told me she’d do the return as a “favor” anyway. She was all too happy to show me the screen when it rejected the return and said she couldn’t do anything. I asked her if she answered yes or no when the screen asked her if it had come in contact with bodily fluids. She told me she selected no which does not make sense; why would the screen ask the question if it was going to reject the return anyway? We took the plungers to another store and returned them with literally zero issues. If it had been a systemwide rejection, the other store computer would have rejected it too. Her name started with an L (something like Loretta?) and she wore a camo vest; extremely rude and she’d rather appear to be right instead of help a customer properly. When she refused to take the return, she told me to “donate them to a church” instead. 0 stars in customer service.

Don’t shop here the fulfillment team sucks especially the team lead, supervisor, and the other associates that work nights. They are rude and lazy. They act like they don’t want to do their job and it seems like they try to push their work onto others. This store is very unprofessional and lack humanism.

Went in here a few weeks ago. They were just getting their items out for Black Friday. Got some sawhorses at a really good deal. Real clean and well stocked. The outdoor section is one of the best I have been to. Many different statues to look at and the garden tools seem good quality as well
