The associates were not friendly and the lady at the customer service desk had to call over the loudspeaker three times for a manager to come and assist her with my request. When the manager FINALLY got there, she was supposed to override for some dryer vent clamps and she very roughly stated that she could not override the return, which was fine BUT her customer service soft skills need work, as she was not friendly to deal with and proceeded to ask me why I waited so long to install my dryer...like that's ANY of HER business at all. Also, the young woman has an off-putting sore on her lip that should be covered while she is at work as not to disgust customers when they're speaking with her.
