That being said, I’ve dealt with some very knowledgeable people, and some not so knowledgeable people. Had a bad experience with a piece of equipment. Store manager had some sarcastic comments, went to the regional manager and he handled it. Overall decent experience.

We were pressured into purchasing more pool chemicals than we actually needed — double the necessary amount. It's important for staff, including the associate who assisted us today, to be familiar with Richland County's ordinances regarding chemical purchases. Selling excessive quantities not only goes against local guidelines but also raises concerns about whether customer needs are being prioritized over profit. I hope this was a misunderstanding and not standard practice. Either way, I strongly encourage Leslie's to review both employee training and compliance with relevant regulations to ensure that customers are being treated fairly and responsibly.
