Due to me not notifying them before. So just buyer beware. I called and asked nicely I wasn't rude. But be wary Updating. I see the response and I tried to fix things calling that number and had no resolution follow up. after discussing things and posting a review. Then another phone call and now a final phone call they are refunding half. Again FYI notice them when you plan to leave. I got at least something over nothing.
