Excellent qualities for a manager. Due to the nature of my job, I interface with a LOT of business owners and managers. Rick is very memorable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for the management and security. All units are climate controlled and there are many secured entrances.

- RARobin AckermanJan 7, 20261.0Update...Ive been banned from all ESS due to the following. On Oct 28th, I won an auction at this location. I arrived the same day, paided the $100 cash deposit required but all storage companies. I signed the paperwork. As I went to insert my card in the machine to pay for the unit, Rick stated they do not accept credit card and that it was cash only for auctions. Other storage companies do and I didnt know this one was different (I did win one a year or so ago from this company but I do not recall it being cash only). I won in the past with varies other storage companies and all accepted cards (for bid wins). I did not know this site was different. The same day, after my bid was in, I found out with the government shut down, I would not be paid on Nov 1st. For that reason, I was not able to pay cash, only credit card. I gave him back the paperwork and he gave me back my cash deposit. Afterwards, I read Extra Storage Spaces fine print and it did state cash only, but by that time, it was too late and the bid was won. Even if the bid had not yet closed a bid cannot be retracted, once submitted. As a result, Rick reported that I did not claim my unit and thus my account has been suspended for ALL storage unit company's, and not just for Extra Storage Space. He took away a means for me to make money and pay bills during the shut down. Our conversation was professional, never rude nor disrespectful. I can only assume Ive been banned for leaving this review, so I updated as such.
