I have been an Aaron’s customer for years! I recently just relocated to SC from another state. I am still paying on my washer and dryer and my dryer started giving me problems. I contacted my original store and was told they would have this store come pick up my dryer to have it serviced. I was told that the store manager, Luis would be calling me to set up a time to come pick up my dryer and bring me a loaner but I never heard anything from them. I then called the store, told him who I was and was told that I was not an Aaron’s customer at his store and he would not be giving me a loaner dryer to use while mine is in service. I then called back my original store and let them know what was going on and they called and talked to him and he agreed to let me get a loaner.
They have had my dryer for about 2-3 weeks and I called Luis to get an update on the status of my dryer. He took it upon himself to yell and tell me that I need to let him know that I am not a cuostmer of his store and that when I call I need to let him know that and that they picked up my dryer last week from me and he did not know what was wrong with it. I have never had to have anything serviced through them so I am not familiar with how the process works. I simply ask him about how long it usually takes and he proceeds to scream we just came and got your dryer Wednesday, I don’t know what is wrong with your dryer, I don’t know when your dryer will be fixed and hangs the phone up on me.
With all of this being said, I took it upon myself to call corporate and let them know how the store manger speaks to customers. I have never had a problem with Aaron’s, I have always dealt with kind and caring people. After the way I was treated and talked to by a “man” today, it’s safe to say that I will never buy anything else from an Aaron’s store again or deal with this specific store. If this is how you speak to not only a customer, but a woman I would hate to see how you speak to your employees as well as the women in your life.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
