- RRreginaJan 19, 20261.0Aaron’s hound you for payment but when it comes time for repairs. They’re slow. My wash and dryer I’m paying on for the last 13 months. The washer started shaking as if the tub was loose, then ticking sounds, all the lights goes out except for the spin but the machine isn’t spinning. Today is Monday I have to wait till Friday to get repaired between 10-3.

Now don't get me wrong I know the prices are Jack up tremendously but when you are buying a recliner that is not worth it and I know what I saw on that ticket and they telling me something different is where the bs is. So I am tempted to tell them to come and get it. But I am going take this loss and learn my lesson. And basically make sure you double check everything. They have loss a very loyal and never late with payments customer.
- LTLea TFeb 20, 20182.0Mike, the store manager, is awful. We've rented with Aaron's three other times over the years and never had an issue. This is number four and I had something come up and couldn't make my payment. I offered my card or a post dated check on three different occasions for my next pay date and it was refused. Mike would call two to five times a day and we would answer EVERY time to tell him the same thing. He would scream, cut is off, etc. I had to call corporate to speak to a regional manager and hire a lawyer to deal with him. Do not rent at this location!!!!!!! As soon as taxes hit, we will be getting a new TV and giving this back to be done with them!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
