  Since Truck Storage took over the Public Storage facility in January 2026, they have doubled the rents and increased the insurance. I will be moving to another facility that doesn't gouge their customers. Don't rent here, it's a rip-off, and there are other nice facilities nearby.

  Trunk Space Storage on Folly Rd is a complete joke and a total rip-off. Ever since they took over from Extra Space Storage, they’ve done nothing but jack up the rent. A 10x29 unit for $432 a month? That’s beyond ridiculous. There’s absolutely no justification for these constant increases—it feels like they’re just squeezing customers for every dollar they can get. Long-time renters clearly don’t matter to them at all. If you’re considering storing your belongings here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before you get stuck paying outrageous prices.

  Came back home from Navy training school and I had lost my storage unit lock key like a jackass lol. Had to get a locksmith to drill out the lock from the door. Anyways, Adria, the lady working at the front desk was there to observe and help during the whole process. She is very professional, knowledgeable, dedicated to her customers and her service and she is very friendly with a great personality and an amazing sense of humor. Highly recommended! 💯
