We originally reserved a rental unit at the 1533 Ashley River Rd location and Jesse was very kind and suggested that we rent a unit in a climate-controlled building given what we would be storing. He was able to book us a unit at the other location and called John to let him know we were coming. They were so friendly and accommodating, which I have never experienced at a storage space before. Definitely recommend working with either John or Jesse!
