The wine glass was packaged perfectly, but the coffee mug was loosely wrapped which broke the second we tried to pull it out of the bag, and before we could even try, it dropped out from the bottom and shattered. With glass we know there’s no chance for a refund, but it’s very unfortunate we couldn’t even get it out of the bag to put it out.

We picked out about $1500 worth of furniture to buy and then were told you can’t buy the furniture in the store it’s only sold online - again with a horrible attitude. Bad enough experience for us to just go to a different store and get the same furniture. Wildly bad customer service.
