I was taken off hold, but heard them assisting customers in store, but no one answered then answered and sent me to management, but no one answered and the call was eventually disconnected. I called back and the call hung up. Called back and eventually got a manager who was not much help. He seemed like he really didn't care after he provided me an update that I told him I received 30mins prior. Then he was like ... Sounds like you already received an update. I then told him the rep said they were following up because they didn't see a tracking number to confirm the date I received and never came back. He asked if there was something else he could find for me after his smug response. I cancelled the order. He talked about shipping to the address, but stated I selected in store pickup because I didn't want to pay for shipping. Very frustrating after a total of about 55mins.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
