There was a short line to pay, and after waiting 20 minutes, a man who they said was the manager, named Hernesto or something like that, simply let two other customers go ahead of us. I let him know we were also waiting, and he just ignored me. If you're a bad manager, how can you expect the employees to be good employees? Very bad management, which is why I'm writing a bad review.

When I came home from work yesterday there was a giant washing machine box and all of the packaging materials taking up about one third of our dumpster. I asked our neighbor to check their Ring camera so we could, hopefully, figure out who it was. Turns out our next door neighbor had a washing machine delivered and installed yesterday. Haul away was included in the price. Instead of hauling away their trash, the Lowe's subcontractors decided to walk into our yard and dump their garbage. I called Lowes, explained the situation, and was told they would have someone come get it. As of this afternoon no one has come, so I called again. The manager tried to give me the phone number for the subcontractors they hired and told me it wasn't Lowes' issue. How exactly is a sub, hired by Lowe's, not their responsibility?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
