Called for followup to online order. Someone answered and provided an update, but placed me on hold to followup on what I was told. 35mins later, still no response. I was taken off hold, but heard them assisting customers in store, but no one answered then answered and sent me to management, but no one answered and the call was eventually disconnected. I called back and the call hung up. Called back and eventually got a manager who was not much help. He seemed like he really didn't care after he provided me an update that I told him I received 30mins prior. Then he was like ... Sounds like you already received an update. I then told him the rep said they were following up because they didn't see a tracking number to confirm the date I received and never came back. He asked if there was something else he could find for me after his smug response. I cancelled the order. He talked about shipping to the address, but stated I selected in store pickup because I didn't want to pay for shipping. Very frustrating after a total of about 55mins.
