Rusty and his assistant Akela cleaned the traffic areas of wall-to-wall carpeting in the two bedrooms of our condo (we didn't want to move the furniture out) and the carpeting looks as good as it did when installed seven years ago. It was totally dry in a couple of hours, so we had minimal inconvenience. Best of all, their cleaning product leaves no soapy residue that captures dirt back into the carpet. They also did a fine job removing some pet stains in the common hallway carpeting outside our apartment. We'll definitely use this service whenever needed in the future.

Then they just proceeded to leave without ever trying to come clean the apt. Was Panicked, because I was moving out of my apt. that day and needed cleaning. Luckily I found Randy with Lowcountry Citrus Solutions who came to save me. He was very friendly on the phone, and came just a few short hours later to save my dirty apt! It is very nice to actually meet & deal with the owner rather than just some rude customer service rep. who was rude and seemed not to care about my situation. The carpets look & smell amazing!! Randy even left us 2 bottles of spot cleaning for FREE!! It is so nice to deal with someone local & someone who is understanding and can come to the rescue at the LAST minute!!
