After submitting an online inquiry, John, the location manager, personally reached out to follow up. When I called the office, Zy provided helpful information and set up a time for me to come by and preview the space. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. John and Zy introduced themselves, and Zy, the Assistant Manager in training, walked me through how to access the elevator before showing me the available storage options. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, helping me choose the unit that best suited my needs and even ensuring I could easily locate it from the elevator. The facility itself was spotless — the clean hallways were a pleasant surprise, as I wasn’t sure what to expect from a storage facility. Once I decided on a unit, Zy guided me through the payment process and explained every step of the rental agreement. He also took the time to show me how to enter my access code and reach my secure area. Zy’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine pride in his work really stood out. It’s not every day you meet someone who truly enjoys what they do. Based on my experience with both John and Zy, I feel entirely confident that my belongings are safe at Extra Space Storage. I can clearly see that Zy is on a path of continued growth and success — his dedication and attitude will no doubt help him excel in his current role and in any future position he takes on.
