- GMGabriele MartinsMar 12, 20261.0Very rude, unprofessional people. They will be nice to get a sale. My husband and I purchased furniture. Never late on a payment and even on auto draft. We moved and scheduled a pick up. They came barely knocked and didn’t even wait for an answer. They were rude over the phone and even a manager had sexual related jokes that he thought was funny. Couches yet to be picked up. We even have camera recorded videos of there works not even knocking or waiting and then lied and said they where in west Ashley. No way you get from Ladson to west Ashley in 5 minutes. That being said don’t do businesses with these people. No customer service or respect for there good customers just imagine the ones that don’t pay how they get treated

Mind you I'm moving and I needed them to pick up there furniture. They came. They didn't even wait 5 mi utes and left and then lied stating they where in west Ashley. When there is no possible way to get to West Ashley in 5 minutes. Now I'm leaving furniture was left behind and they talking legal matter. They don't care about customers service. Mind you my account was on auto pay and never once behind. If they treat there good customers who pay. Imagine the ones who don't pay on time or even pay. How they must treated. My last time ever doing business with Aaron's. Not once I have ever went through that with rent a center. My business will stay with rent a center

No notice on the door nothing just a random male kicking in my door. I have gotten the ring footage and will def be pursuing legal action. Attempted burglary is crazy.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
