    It's gone down hill within a year. This is the 3rd time to the store today, hundreds later and still having to leave and go to Easley. Inventory is low, managers are rude, no one in their department. It's a shame because this store was a good one. I had to remove my 5 star after a year of being let down here hoping it would get better.

    I purchased two generators and then tried to return them to the store after finding another product. Upon returning the item, I was told they had to be returned to the store within 48 hours. When I called Lowes customer service after leaving the store, I was told that I had 30 days to return if the items were unopened and factory sealed, which mine were. I then went to the Clemson store by my house and was also told they would not return the items due to the 48-hour policy. A couple of days later, I called another customer service representative to confirm my ability to return the items and they confirmed, so I went back to the Clemson store, and was again told they would not return them. I showed the store manager an image of their return policy, which is posted online and I was accused of creating a fake AI image. I asked them to call their customer service line or look online at their policy, but they refused. They even ignored the attached sign posted in their store, which clearly states the ability to return unopened items for up to 30 days. Today 2/14, after no calls from Lowes I called again and was told yes, I had 30 days to return the items. After several holds, I was then told the stores had the ability to set their own policy, so there was nothing they could do. I don't understand how a company can have a policy posted online and then refuse to honor that policy. Moreover, there is no confirmation of the policy when purchasing the items. How is the consumer supposed to know what the policy is if it is going to not be consistently enforced? It's clear Lowes created this temporary policy due to the storm event and misled not only me, but many other customers. I strongly encourage everyone to be very careful when purchasing any large items from Lowes because they clearly make up their policies as it suits them and not their customers. A very disappointed and disgusted Lowes for Pros and loyal customer. When it comes to this experience, they deserve much less than a zero.

    Went shopping today at Lowes of Clemson for electrical supplies had very good experience, the employee that works in that department where very helpful, help me find everything I was looking for and with good suggestions, i'am very satisfied with that shopping experience, thanks

    The assistant manager, Chris Bowman, believes he doesn’t have to follow company policy and honor listed prices on the shelves. He said “I’m not selling it at that price, I don’t care what policy says”

    It’s been 3 month I report the Lowe’s sign on the street doesn’t works and still off. At night is very hard to see the entrance on issaquena and Tiliwa. Always I pass the store because of this.
