She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I left confident in my purchase. Her attitude was positive and welcoming, which made a big difference. It’s employees like this that truly represent excellent customer service. Even after a slow start, the care and effort she put in made my experience a 5-star one. I would definitely return because of the quality of service I received.

I was loading lumber on a cart and could have used a hand, an employee walked by on his phone not focusing on helping customers. There is also no space in the parking lot anymore with all of the equipment, trailers, and insane amount of pallets of bags of mulch. Too bad this place isn't a Home Depot.

Shannon was a breath of Fresh Air. Very Fun and Pleasant to work with. She made the process fast, easy and It went Smoothly. Shannon had said she was recently transfered to this location "My Store". YAY. I hope she stays, because she is a Keeper for sure. I even talked to her boss and told them she needed a Raise and they needed to keep her here. I was told that message would be passed along. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
