I WAS going to give a 1 star for the lack of help I received from one “bad apple” who told me he’d help cut some styrofoam insulation for me and then disappeared. But Aaron picked up the other guys lack of customer service and helped me get it cut. Thank you Aaron- YOU are what customer service is all about!
I then needed some hay and Brandon was very helpful putting it in the trash bags as I was in a tractor (minus the trailer) and I couldn’t have loose hay inside. Thank you Brandon for your help and being so nice, you’re definitely all about the customer as I saw you help a lady with a Christmas tree.
To the mgr of this Lowe’s, these to guys need a raise because they are an asset to your store and company. (Remember, customers are always right!😂)
