    We purchased subway tile at another Lowes for .78 cent a tile they did not have enough we looked on line and saw this Lowes had 420 in stock. We went to the service counter of the first lows and asked if they price match at other lowes they said they do and would. We drove an hour to this Lowe’s and they only had 230 tile we loaded them all up and when we checked out they would not price match their own company store. This is a poor policy and bad business. If you will price match another companies store why won’t you price match your own stores.

    I had had bad experiences at this Lowes for the last 25 months but my May 4th was the last straw and i will drive a little farther to a much better store. My wife and i needed help to understand stains so we asked a man name Dean for help. His response was he has a couple thing going first. He finally came over with a chip on his shoulder. When we asked questions he would roll his eyes when my wife asked him to explain. This man was not a young guy and had a awful attitude. When he turned i told him he need

    I purchased a large amount of mulch, after I paid I started to push the loaded cart to my car, a young Lowes employee asked me if I needed help to which I replied the I was ok, it's not heavy. He continued to walk with me, very polite conversation on roure to my car, he then helped me to load my trailer and took the cart back to the store. Thank you Nykel, great costomer service.

    I bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer sets, paid for delivery and installation fee. I am very disappointed with the installation teams, brought the wrong prong, I had to wait and reschedule another time for installation. They came back to reinstalled, completed but now the dryer does not producing any heat at all after 2 hours later. The dryer doesn't work. I called customer service at Lowes in Boiling Spring, nobody know what to do, instead they passed me around to different AI. After 3 attemps to speak to a live person, they told me to call the manufacture Whirlpool, and that there's nothing else they can do. I'm very frustrated with poor service. I don't recommend this for anyone.

    Please reconsider shopping or starting any projects with this store. I started a project on August 8, 2025 and still hasn't been completed to this day. I ordered 2 sets of French doors. When the first set came in I received a call from the installers saying the doors were damaged. They sent me pictures to confirm and I requested new doors. After hours of my time on the phone a order for a new set of doors were place. When the second set came in, I received a call from the installers saying the doors were damaged a long with pictures once again. I spent hours of my time on the phone and I requested we go through a different vendor. I tried to contact the store manager and he wouldn't ever speak to me, so I contacted executive services. After speaking with executive services a 3rd sent of French doors were ordered. When the doors arrived I was contacted. Lowe's told me they couldn't schedule a delivery unless I paid for them to be delivered. I told them I shouldn't be responsible for the delivery charge. I was told they could not override anything on the system, but I would be refunded immediately after the transaction. I had to I had to pay for them to be delivered and still have not been refunded. The doors were delivered to my house for there installers to install. When the installers arrived they asked me to come look at the doors. Once again a 3rd set of doors were damaged. The installers called the store and left the doors at my house. After hours of my time on the phone I arranged for the damaged doors to be picked up. After 2 separate delivery day attempts the doors were finally picked up. I asked for Lowes to compensate me for all of my time this complete mess of a project on a 4th set of doors. The manager of Lowes told me that they where just going to wipe there hands with me. I also received a email stating that after they refund my money for the doors I would receive no compensation and Lowe's considered the matter closed. I know I am just a little person in their eyes, but I am a Veteran and a hard working American like so many people I know. I hope this helps all my fellow Veterans and anyone who is considering shopping or using Lowe's for any projects.
