I go to this lowes all the time for home repair project materials. Overall, I'm a fan of in-store purchases.
However, BIGGEST WARNING - NEVER ORDER LUMBER TO BE DELIVERED. They send you crappy split, bent & knotted lumber (see pics) and just dump it in your yard without contacting you or asking where you'd like it put. They drive over the lawn & kill your grass that way & with the dumped lumber.
That said, the vast majority of the employees are amazingly helpful. There are 2 Ive encountered over 10 years who seemed to be having a bad day and were annoyed to be asked a question and rolled their eyes when I repeated my question rather than accept they were ignoring me. That said, customer service is rough and we all have bad days.
The app doesn't always tell you what aisle to find what you're seeking which can be annoying, and they don't always have what I'm looking for unless I order it online - specific house filters, fountain parts, etc.

Well, I prefer to go to the Boiling Springs Lowes.. The one in Spbg. had left a bad taste and hard feelings. Let me explain. My dog had picked up a few pellets of rat poison on the floor. I told the manager, and took her to emergency..$600.00, luckily they were able to empty her stomach, and put her on medication for a month so her blood would clot and not bleed to death. I did notify corporate, and was given a claim number. I went back to the manager in Spartanburg, whome let me know, she did not approve of dogs in her store, ( many of us train our Obedience dogs there). I was told I would be contacted by Regional. End result? NOTHING, no one even asked how my dog was. She is not only a show dog, she's family. I am so disappointed to be treated that way. As a senior, the extra vet bill was a heartship..They don't care. Just a FYI.
However, the Boiling Springs store is great, and clean!

Would give a ZERO if possible. Do not buy any install services from this store. It is nothing but a bait and switch and lies. We've been fighting issues with this since June and just received a phone call today that stated that there is nothing they can or will do and we that unfortunately, we've been told incorrectly for the last 5 months. Zero accountability for the multiple personal who told us one thing and then turns out to be another. They just want the sale and don't care who they lie to. Take your business elsewhere!!

Last month I purchased a fridge through the Lowe’s located in Boiling Springs. I opted for the delivery and installation they provide upon purchase. The first fridge that came in was dented in the top right corner and did not allow the door to shut properly. I called for a replacement. The replacement came the next day; however, the two delivery people that brought the second fridge were different from the first two. The second set of individuals, when bringing the fridge in through my front door, decided not to take the door off, which is what the prior two individuals did to ensure nothing on the property was damaged. Since the later two decided to leave the door on, the door knob dented and cracked my wall when they were removing the first fridge. I contacted Lowe’s on many different occasions, over the course of 2-3 weeks about repairing the wall. Every time I was put on hold, directed to another representative, told that I would be receiving a call back, etc. Ultimately, I never received any calls back, I never got any answers, and my wall is still dented and cracked. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I truly don’t understand what a customer has to do in order to get damages fixed as a result of their delivery employees, or to even get a call back for that matter. I feel as though I tried everything to inform this company of what happened, pictures, filed complaints, calls every other day for 2 weeks; however, it seems as though this company has no respect for their customers or for the damages they inflict on their customers homes. I would never recommend that anyone purchase an appliance through this company if they plan on their home not being damaged during delivery. Not to mention, both fridges came dented and damaged. Truthfully, there is no quality in their business.
