    Busy day in the appliance dept. but they brought in the flooring dept. employee and he speeded things up and even loaded my dishwasher for me.

    We had such an amazing experience at Lowe’s in Bluffton on Malphrus Road! We came in ready to tackle a mailbox replacement project with a full list of items we needed, and Chris (from the Flooring Department) truly made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He stayed with us the whole time, personally walking us through the store and helping us carefully choose every item needed to bring our project together. His level of care, attention, and willingness to go above and beyond was unmatched. We’ve shopped at this location many times, but we’ve never experienced customer service quite like this. Chris truly made this visit exceptional and is a big part of what makes this store stand out.

    I think this Lowe's has cured me of shopping with them. I can find anything they have elsewhere, I really think they don't care about their customers. We went in on black Friday and purchased new KitchenAid appliances for our home. Of course, we had to wait on them as nothing was in stock. We finally got them in January and thought all was OK. Word of warning, don't expect anything of Lowe's unless you purchase their warranty, even though we assumed that they would stand behind what they sell. This past Tuesday, the KitchenAid Refrigerator developed a temperature control issue, so I opened a ticket and got a response from Whirlpool that I would see service on Thursday. The next day I get a message from the service provider that it would be almost 2 weeks (4/27) before they showed up. I contacted Whirlpool, spent a long time on the phone with them and they were able to move my service to about 8 days (4/22). On Friday after business hours, I get a message from the service provider that they won't be here until 4/29. Becoming rather frustrated, I reached out to Lowe's both from the corporate level and the local Bluffton store to try and get some help. What I was told that since I did not buy a warranty plan from Lowe's, I was on my own. They did not mind taking my money, but won't lift a finger to assist in support for something they sold. The problem was they did not even offer to sell us a plan nor did they indicate that if we didn't purchase a plan, we were on our own. They are no more than order takers. I am going to shred my Lowe's card and hand the pieces back to the store manager. I have had a lot of issues with Lowe's over the years, but I usually got help eventually. The next time that I spend money, it will be with people that care, but the sign over the door won't say Lowe's. You can't find any help in the store while you are there, and you don't get anyone to help you after the sale. We have one of the best Ace hardware stores near us, they always have a great and plentiful staff. I am totally done with Lowe's. They just don't care, they only want money but don't want to work for it. It is a shame they don't have Zero or negative starts, I would have picked one.

    Disappointed. We had multiple issues with a recent order/delivery. Spoke with multiple store managers, but still our delivery was delayed 10 days for items they had on site. Took off work 2 times for no show. Plus website said delivery was complete and was not. Dents in the product and were promised return calls that never happened. Will think twice and have low expectations in the future.
