Luckily, I was able to get a ride because they didn't even reach back out until 7 am. They told me they had someone on the way. I then recieved a text shortly after 8am there were no technicians available in my area. I called another locksmith who I decided to go with. KeyMe showed up out of nowhere, looked at the car, and said they were unable to create a key for the car. Why couldn't they have told me this earlier? I have given them the car info when I called the night before. I was still charged the $29 service fee after I was told they didn't have anyone and I was no longer expecting them to show up. The locksmith I went with told me they get this same story all the time about this company because they're a scam.
