Jade took the time to answer my questions over the phone, which gave me confidence in making the long drive to their store. Once I arrived, I was in awe of how knowledgeable and helpful Jade was with teaching me all the details about the vacuums I was considering. I was able to truly understand everything about the vacuum purchase I was making, including trying the vacuum out with numerous surfaces and messes. I cannot thank Vac Attack of Bluffton enough for not only teaching me about my new vacuum, but also providing the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you, I love my new Sebo Airbelt E3!
