Possibly the worst Lowes I have ever been to! The store was absolutely filthy. I know....it is a home improvement store, not a grocery store. But I mean a cluttered mess. Aisles blocked, piles of discarded materials stacked around and generally poor housekeeping.
But, the filth is not the issue. I can work around that. But, there is absolutely zero service! I was there to pick up some insulation. I could see what I needed on the top rack. But, the service stock was empty. One gentleman was walking past and I asked for help. He told me he did not work in that area but would send someone over. I waited ten minutes. I went to the contractor service area and asked for help. He said he would call someone. I waited another ten minutes. I walked a couple aisles over and found a young man stacking lumber and asked him for help. He told me he would be right there. He never came and when I went back to look for him, he was not there.
I left, went to Home Depot, found exactly what I needed with plenty of help. No aisles blocked, no working around the trash piles and friendly service.

STAY AWAY! Ordered floor tiles installation with all the materials. Paid for all in May. Set the install appointment for November 10. All confirmed multiple times. Moved all our medical appointments to accommodate the install date. Drove 10 hours for install. On the install day, nobody shows up. No call, no text. We reach out and are told nobody was coming! RIDICULOUS COMPANY! STAY AWAY! Then we waited 5 weeks for refund after multiple emails and calls. No compensation for wasted time, major inconvenience, trouble etc. FRAUDS!

I paid for a sliding door and two windows in full, back in September, Lowe's collected the whole amount from me, their installer, first integrity installation is terrible, they keep lying ,they scheduled an appointment for dec 2nd, they didn't show, we waited for 6 hours I called them and they said rescheduled me, do not pay to Lowe's in advance, You have to chase after them for installation it's been a terrible experience. This is second time that they are saying they will come and install. No call, no show. I live in City of Hilton Head they told me that the city is not approving and the permit fast enough, I called the city they said they're lying they didn't even pull the permit.
