    No stars.... AI answers the phone and has no idea of where to send you based on what you ask. I was transferred to Windows, Doors (I'm looking for a storm door) -- no one answered the phone and you're not able to leave a message. I work and don't have time to deal with AI and not being able to reach someone. Home Depot answered their phone and immediately connected me with their storm door associate.

    Store is absolutely horrific. Save yourself the headache and go to home depot where there staff is alot more competent. I placed an order for pick up and it said there were 5 on stock. Drove 30 minutes the next day after they sent me an email telling me the order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, they had none in stock and my order was no where to be found. The reply was oh well. Stay away as I will be a home depot customer full time.

    We purchased a Frigidaire Dishwasher from the Bluffton Store. The SalesLady Kathaleen was great, she went and checked the warehouse and brought the machine out on a hand truck. That was the end of the good experience. Got the machine home, simple install did not work. After many phone calls and being told twice that we should have purchased the extended warranty, a repair man was sent out. All the numbers Lowe’s gave us were incorrect for the repairman. We had to google all sorts of ways to find the correct number. He came out and determined it was a bad computer board. Called Lowe’s, finally ended up taking it back and exchanging. Got the newer machine installed same problem. Called the Lowe’s vast support lines, finally told to bring it back. Got to the store and told we couldn’t return it as it was not in the system that we had purchased or exchanged the first one. So after telling customer nonservice that ok we would take it back, that we wanted to record her saying that. Then one of the numerous store managers who we were told was not in Ryan ( who was to have caked us back )comes out. We received paperwork and returned the machine. Still no dishwasher since Jan 3rd. Holding my breath until my credit card bill comes in. Bluffton store sucks.

    They absolutely have no "care for the customer" and show that they are just a big corporation, and if you don't like if go somewhere else. Ive been in several times to buy hardware and purchase things i need. Thats fine But if you can't find something or need help or assistance with a product,, good luck The lastest thing that happened was we went in to look at backsplash tile, found some we like .This is back in November 2025 We finally got a suitable appointment for today more than 2months out Guess what!!. They where a no show. !! Wasted our morning sitting around waiting. I got the computer Generated texts just fine saying we will be there between 8-12 noon. I write this review at 12:30 pm and still no live contact saying we are running behind or we will have to reschedule! Nothing! Now even if they call I will decline and find some small Kitchen place that actually cares about its customers and there time. Im going to give my business to smaller hardware stores like greyco on the island from now on. I dont care if it costs a bit more
