We went into the store with a print needing a professional frame, and that’s exactly what we got! Her customer service skills, communication level and welcoming personality are to be complimented and acknowledged. We actually got a frame off the floor for the print, and she took the extra time to measure and cut the print — the results were exactly what we were looking for, and more! We will definitely shop again at Hobby Lobby thanks to Susan’s superb service. I am visiting from New York and I know gallery quality work, and she produced just that!
