    Extremely poor customer service in Beaufort and Bluffton. I ordered and paid for setup and delivery of a patio set at Beaufort, SC and was given a one-week delivery date. This initial date was confirmed by email followed by a second email received at midnight prior to delivery confirming the window of delivery time between 6:30AM and 10:00PM. A follow-up email on date of delivery announced the delivery date postponed a week. The third delivery date confirmed twice, but midnight email at least offered a more narrow window of 2:00-6:00PM followed by 9AM advising delivery now scheduled another week out. Called store, learned order was transferred to Bluffton because it wasn’t in stock in Beaufort-advised to call Bluffton. Called Bluffton. Items no longer in stock! Website says otherwise. Cancel my order please!

    Lowes you have to do better. If you can not deliver something, just say so. My 80 year old mother has been to your location 5 times to get an order of metal roofing material delivered since the 28th of March. She only lives 15 miles away. Each time she has shown up to the store, due to non delivered items, she has been promised a "free delivery", the next time "a 10% discount", the last time she visited "it will be there 1st thing Monday morning". She came to your location again today. The order is still sitting in then staging area. Really!!! I'm sorry, but that is really unacceptable. I get it, short handed, no delivery vendors, etc. You should just say that instead of giving people false promises. She finally had to pay someone; AGAIN, to deliver the roofing material you promised to deliver......

    At 9 am on a Weds. morning, TWO associates didn't show up to work the paint dept. at 8am as scheduled.Commercial customers were held up, paint dept was backed up. One associate, Delisa was working as hard as she possibly coule (with a smile on her face) to run bothe the Cust. Service Desk (her position) AND the paint counter. She truly needed roller skates! She had a great attitude and was determined to help everyone as quickly as possible.No manager or other employee in sight to offer assistance. This is the circus I expect from Lowe's. However, Delisa is so far ABOVE what I've come to expect from Lowe's employees. She deserves a better employer or a BIG raise!

    Went to Lowe’s yesterday to Make a return and the young lady at customer service was amazing!! I believe her name was Chasin. She made the process simple and was very knowledgeable about the return policy. She was very respectful ! I hope I see her every time I go. Thank you for the amazing service.
