  I will never go to this store again. The employees don’t know where things are. After giving up on finding what I needed, I deciding to grab tissue paper. Said tissue paper had a big 50% off sign right in front of it. When I went to the front there were 6 employees hanging around, but only two on the registers and each had a long line. When it was finally my turn to check out my tissue paper rang up full price. I asked if the 50% off was applied and was told that the sale is only on gift bags and gift wrap on rolls. If I hadn’t been short on time I would have gone back and taken a picture of the 50% off sign hanging on the front of the tissue paper display. This is false advertising! The paper itself isn’t any better quality than what you buy at the dollar store.

  The young lady in the custom framing department is an absolute gem! She helped me this evening with two projects, and was phenomenal to work with. Kudos!

  A return took longer than I expected. I tried returning to another location than wear I bought a kitchen utensil. The original purchase cashier recorded the sale as a toy. The manager had to call the other store to verify the purchase. It took at least a half an hour to return the item. Hobby Lobby doesn't have scan codes on their merchandise. I think they should modernize their inventory system system.
