I was too frustrated to shop anymore after finding a piece of junk cart in the parking lot. Does Lowe’s not care about their stores working properly. Most all Lowe’s has a sink faucet in every bathroom that does not work. How does this look make Lowe’s look as a home improvement store? Lowe’s needs to improve their stores before trying to sell home improvement items! This one sucks and we shop Lowe’s all over NC, SC, and GA. They all need improvements. I didn’t have a good experience at this Lowe’s this morning.

Was told by store manager that they would uninstall and replace it - fix cabinet issue. Installer shows up on 09/10/25 stating he was only to take out the damaged dishwasher . This is not what the manager had promised me. Installer goes back to Lowe’s where there is “ no dishwasher to be found.” So we schedule another install date on 09/22/2025 from 5-7 . No showed . No phone call. Get in touch with corporate at this point . Promised that they are working to make this right asap. Don’t get another date for install for replacement until yesterday 10/08/2025. Proceed to leave work early again . No showed and then finally received a text from installer that again ,… THERE IS NO DISHWASHER after corporate apparently confirmed with the store it was there . Calling corporate all morning with no response. I’m at a loss as a single mom who can’t take off for this mistake , yet according to online said dishwasher is in stock and can be installed tomorrow . Make it make sense.I feel like I’m being pranked.
