David at Lowe’s helped me and my husband today and was amazing made sure we had everything we needed before he walked off and did an amazing job job he deserves a raise im adding a photo of the hot pink tool box i got so he knows who this is for just in case yall have more then one David working this was around 9pm tell 9:15pm

I have tried multiple times to call Lowe's and cannot get a live person. The phone keeps on ringing. You waste 2-3 minutes initially with a stupid AI operator, which is annoying. Hey Lowe's, hire real operators for this. The tiny amount of $ you save for AI isn't better for us customers. Plus, employing people who need a job is a positive thing.

( THANK YOU CHERIE AND CASSANDRA) Lowe’s will always be superior to Home Depot. When I tell you that Lowe’s feels incredibly open in and outdoors visually and energetically I mean it. And the PEOPLE are so incredibly nice, which I will get to ~ backstory : I am currently making a paradise garden for my mama, and I am on a budget. I really want her to feel heaven on earth! So I went to go to Home Depot for strawberries as I was originally looking for blackberries ( long story ) but they had no seeds. And one selection of strawberries. It felt very choked. I actually had a huge wave feeling looking around thinking ( I should not be here LOL ) I drove to Lowe’s , THE ABSOLUTE GODSEND and I went over to their garden section and they had THREE different strawberry plants and seeds. And I collected a few and headed to the register.. and Cherie!! Was eager and wanting to share with me that the product I was getting for my mama was actually %50 off and ran to get the sign to show us. My heart was so moved by Cherie… and Cassandra!! Was extremely patient and kind and helping me with the discount and making sure I was okay. They turned my night into an extremely positive one. God was present and I was able to grab a few more for my mama because of Cherie and Cassandra - did I mention because I worked all day I came to Lowe’s 30 minutes before closing and I did not feel rushed at all. Everyone was incredibly kind and sweet, even to the workers I passed by. thank you CHERIE AND CASSANDRA! These are the type of people that should be here at Lowe’s or ANY BUSINESS. They are Incredible !!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
